About Lesley Sevillena

I am a single mother of two kids and work as a licensed physical therapist in the state of New York. I received my Master’s Degree in 2004 from The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. My expertise is in orthopedics and I have also been a clinical director since 2007 for an outpatient clinic.

My passion is in helping midlife women build resilient bodies so you can feel your best during perimenopause and menopause.

Healing Mindfully is a 1:1 coaching program that dives deep into clinical techniques to help you alleviate joint pain, improve your posture, strengthen your bones, increase mobility, and restore your balance/stability.

There is so much specialization in our current healthcare model, that in order to address your complaints, you need to see around 3-5 doctors and wait 2-3 months to get an appointment. And that is where I come in! What I do is in a league of its own and completely different than what you would get from your traditional Western Medicine doc.

I’m a licensed Physical Therapist and prioritize health and healing for my patients. I have created a space that shifts the reactive care that is currently offered to more preventative care. I help midlife women understand their bodies and build strength that lasts a lifetime before having to run to medications and unnecessary surgeries.

Healing Mindfully begins with an onboarding process where I ask a lot of questions to get a better understanding of what obstacles are in your way and what habits you need to change in order to reach your goals. Once I design your custom program, it will get delivered to your phone. On the app, I will see what habits you were able to complete and hold you accountable each day. I will be able to track your weight, sleep, steps, heart rate, blood pressure, and diet. You will get a lot of support and guidance in order to help you get through the ups and downs of life as a woman with many hormonal changes.
