  • No. Our online programs are for wellness and fitness so they are not applicable for insurance reimbursement. Payment via credit or debit card is due in full upon booking.

  • Mobility/strength assessments may be rescheduled with a 48-hour notice. We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for canceling an assessment with less than 48-hours notice. Cancellations received more than 48-hours prior to a session receive a 50% refund.

    Clients who purchase a 6 month package are obligated to complete their payments as designated by their contract terms. Refunds are negotiable on a client-by-client basis.

    Digital products will be delivered electronically within 24-hours, unless otherwise stated on the product description. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products.

  • You do not need experience in order to begin Healing Mindfully. The journey begins with a custom design process and a mobility/strength assessment that will allow you to start at your own level.

  • No. Each program is custom designed to each client and specific to their needs and schedule.

  • Each program is individually designed, so the pricing may vary. Please schedule a call, so we can discuss the best program design and option that fits your budget.
