Virtual Mobility and Strength Assessment

What Include:

Includes a 60-minute, one-on-one virtual movement assessment to objectively evaluate and identify limitations or restrictions. From there, a custom exercise/mobility program will be created for you to address each limitation. Each exercise will be thoroughly explained and demonstrated. You will gain access on the app, but only to see your custom program.

1 hour Discovery Call 

1 hour Design Your Life session 

1 hour virtual mobility and strength assessment

  • One 30-minute check-in call/month

  • Daily monitoring and accountability of your custom plan M-F from 9-5

  • Daily In-app text support and guidance M-F from 9-5

  • Nutrition Plan

    Habit Tracking

  • Ability to connect Apple Watch, Myfitnesspal, Fitbit, and Withings to the app

    Non-toxic living education
